Nick Bennett

(ILPF and FIML) Partner–Minds Aligned
Facilitator, Coach and Accidental Adventurer

In the adventure that life is, I have been a policeman, trawler man, truck driver, hotelier, restaurateur, safari guide and trainer, worked with street kids, set up community projects and more.  I have taken the path less travelled to explore life and follow my curiosity about people, business and the way events shape our lives.

I have assisted in establishing state-wide businesses, working with MDs and Chief Executives in several countries as the right hand for both strategic success, rationalisation and sale.

Due to that depth of experience and acquired knowledge, I am often sought out as a coach/facilitator to assist individuals, teams and organisations develop and deliver strategies to achieve their defined purpose and goal.

Rowena Hardy

Partner–Minds Aligned
Development Coach and Facilitator

I work with leaders, teams and 1:1 in relation to personal and professional development.  I am often invited to be a key-note speaker engaging with various groups on the topics of self-development, leadership, team alignment, wellbeing, resilience and emotional health and my articles on these and a range of similar topics appear weekly in various media and have an audience across NSW and Queensland.

A weekly contributor on ABC Tropical North, I also support a variety of local community and charitable groups on a voluntary and pro-bono basis and am a qualified SafeTALK (suicide alertness) trainer and ASIST (applied suicide intervention) support person.

Born in England and living in Australia since 1995, I recognize that I have taken a meandering path to where I am now and that, together with over 40 years in a variety of roles and workplaces, means that I bring a breadth and depth of experience and non-judgmental perspective in my role.

Culture does not change because we desire to change it. Culture changes when the organization is transformed; the culture reflects the realities of people working together every day.
